# IssuePulse > IssuePulse gives newsletter creators one-click feedback links to paste into their newsletter footer. Readers vote with a single click, without signing up or filling in a form, and the creator sees which topics readers want more of. - Website: https://www.issuepulse.io - App: https://app.issuepulse.io - Launched: 9 October 2026 (v1.0.0) - Price: free during early access, no card required. Pro and Business plans are launching soon; prices are not announced. - Integrations: none yet (coming soon). IssuePulse provides ordinary links, so any email or newsletter tool that can include a link can send them. - Contact: hello@issuepulse.io - Founder: Fahad Sohail (https://x.com/m_fhd_sohail) ## How it works 1. Create a topic for something you write about (for example "AI tools"), with 3 or 5 links and your own labels. Defaults: Loved this, Useful, Too long, More on this, Not relevant. 2. Copy the links in one of four formats (Embed HTML block, Linked rich text, Markdown, Plain text) and paste them into the newsletter. 3. Each reader click is recorded as a vote. Readers can add an optional comment. The dashboard shows a vote breakdown, a trend chart (7/14/30/90 days or all time) and comments. ## Features available today - One-click vote links: Every topic gets its own set of links. A click records the vote and shows the reader a short thank-you page. - Optional reader comment: After voting, readers can leave one short comment if they want to. Most will just click, and that is fine. - No reader signup: No account, no form and no JavaScript on the vote page, so the links behave inside every email client. - 3 or 5 links per topic: Five gives you more shape; three gets more clicks. Switching to three hides the last two and keeps their history. - Your own labels: Rename any link to sound like you: “Loved this”, “TL;DR, sorry”, “More on this”. Past votes stay attached. - Four copy formats: Embed (a styled HTML block), Linked (rich-text links), Markdown and Plain text. Switch at any time. - Live preview: See how the block will look before you copy it, right next to your tracking links. - Format remembered: The format you last used on a topic is remembered in your browser, so next week is one click. - Scanner and prefetcher filtering: Known link scanners and email prefetchers are dropped before anything is counted. - Embed open counting: Embed blocks count how often they were opened, whatever format the topic is set to, with repeat opens from one reader inside 5 minutes counted once. - Slug lock: Once a topic has votes, its URL can’t change, so links sitting in old issues keep working. - Old links keep working: Links created before labels became editable still record votes against the right option. - Vote breakdown: See how votes split across every link on a topic, in the same colours your readers saw. - Trend chart: Votes over the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, or all time. Long histories scroll sideways, and all-time totals match the stats above the chart. - Reader comments: Every comment left on the vote page, next to the vote it came with. - Embed click-through: Votes compared with counted opens for embed topics, so you know how many readers bothered. - Issue tracking: Log each send and paste its own links, so every vote and open is tied to the issue it came from. - Issue scores: One score per issue, from -100 to +100, built from the links you mark positive or negative. Shown once 5 readers have voted. - Sponsored vs. regular issues: See whether sponsored issues score higher or lower than your regular ones, once you have three of each. - This week summary: Your dashboard sums up the last 7 days: top topic, what readers asked for more of, best and weakest issue, new comments. - Topics table: Search, filter by copy format, sort and page through every topic. On a phone the table turns into cards. - Filters saved in the URL: Bookmark or share a filtered view and it opens exactly the same way. - Works on your phone: Every page works from small phone screens up to desktop, with larger tap targets on mobile. - CSV export: Download your votes, comments and issues for any spreadsheet. Comments that look like formulas stay plain text. - Help where you need it: Every setting links straight to the help article that explains it, and the help center is one click from the sidebar. ## Not built yet (coming soon) - Weekly insights email - Reader map ## FAQ ### Do my readers need to sign up or log in? No. One click on a link in your newsletter records the vote. Readers land on a short thank-you page where they can leave a comment if they want to. No account, no form. ### Does it work with Beehiiv, Substack, Kit or Ghost? IssuePulse gives you ordinary links, so any tool that can put a link in an email can send them. Pick the copy format your editor handles best (Embed, Linked, Markdown or Plain) and paste it into your footer. Native integrations are coming soon. ### Is it really free? Yes. Every feature is free during early access. There is no card to enter and no trial clock. ### What happens when paid plans launch? Paid plans are launching soon and will add new features on top of what exists today. We will email you before anything changes, and links you have already sent keep working. ### Do bots and email scanners inflate the votes? Email security tools click every link in a message before a person reads it. IssuePulse recognises known scanners and prefetchers and drops their clicks before counting, so a slightly low count beats one inflated by robots. ### Can I change the link labels after sending? Yes. Labels are yours to change at any time and past votes stay attached. Renaming doesn’t change the URL behind a link, and a topic’s URL slug locks once it has votes, because copies of it are already sitting in inboxes. ### What do you collect about my readers? For a vote: which link was clicked, on which topic and issue, and when. If a reader leaves a comment, its text. For embed opens: the IP address and time, so repeat opens within five minutes count once. Readers have no accounts and the vote page sets no tracking cookies. ### How is this different from a poll or a reaction widget? A poll answers one question in one email. IssuePulse links belong to a topic you write about again and again, so votes add up across issues and show you a trend: which topics your readers want more of, and which they skip. ## Pages - [Features](https://www.issuepulse.io/features) - [Pricing](https://www.issuepulse.io/pricing) - [Integrations (coming soon)](https://www.issuepulse.io/integrations) - [Founding creators](https://www.issuepulse.io/customers) - [Changelog](https://www.issuepulse.io/changelog) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.issuepulse.io/privacy) - [Terms and Conditions](https://www.issuepulse.io/terms) ## Help center - [Change your workspace handle](https://www.issuepulse.io/help/account/change-your-handle): Where to change your handle, and why it locks once readers use your links. - [Delete your account](https://www.issuepulse.io/help/account/delete-your-account): How to have your IssuePulse account and all of its data deleted. - [Export your data](https://www.issuepulse.io/help/account/export-your-data): Download your votes, comments and issues as CSV files for any spreadsheet. - [Update your name or password](https://www.issuepulse.io/help/account/profile-and-password): Change your profile name or password, and what happens to your other sessions. - [Choosing a copy format](https://www.issuepulse.io/help/copy-formats/choosing-a-copy-format): Embed, Linked, Markdown or Plain.
